These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Platform and digital products offered by this business.

 

1.  Agreement to Terms

By purchasing access to or using the Jon Lanford Films platform the "Platform", you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the Platform. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Jon Lanford Films regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements.

2.  About Our Business

Jon Lanford Films is a digital software and education platform that provides members with access to pre-built marketing tools, templates, training libraries, and technology systems. The Platform is designed to help local business owners implement digital marketing systems using provided resources. Jon Lanford Films does not provide personalized consulting, advisory, or management services as part of Platform membership.

3.  When you purchase Platform access, you are purchasing a license to access digital materials, software tools, and a training library. Specifically, your purchase includes:

  • Access to the Jon Lanford Films member portal and its digital content library.

  • Pre-built campaign templates, ad frameworks, and marketing system blueprints.

  • Step-by-step training modules in video and written format.

  • Access to community resources and peer support features, as available.

  • Software tools and automation resources included within the Platform at the time of purchase.

 

You are NOT purchasing any of the following:

  • Personalized consulting or one-on-one advisory services.

  • Done-for-you ad management or any service requiring ongoing labor from our personnel.

  • Guaranteed outcomes or specific financial results.

  • Any service engagement where our team works directly in your business accounts.

4.  License and Access

Upon payment, Jon Lanford Films grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your personal business use during the access period associated with your purchase. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or distribute Platform content to any third party. Unauthorized use or distribution of Platform materials may result in immediate access termination without refund.

5.  Payments and Pricing

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Payment is due at the time of purchase. Jon Lanford Films accepts major credit and debit cards and select buy now, pay later financing options where available.

If you use a third-party financing provider (such as Affirm or Klarna), your financing agreement is directly between you and that provider. We are not a party to and bear no responsibility for the terms of your financing arrangement.

For payment plan purchases made directly with us, all scheduled installments remain due regardless of your use of or engagement with the Platform. Non-payment may result in access suspension.

6.  Refunds and Cancellations

All purchases of digital Platform access are final. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy (link at bottom of this page), in full before completing your purchase, as it governs all refund requests and exceptions. The Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7.  No Guarantees of Outcome

The Platform provides educational tools and resources. Results depend entirely on your individual effort, business circumstances, and application of materials. Jon Lanford Films makes no representations or guarantees regarding income, revenue, or business outcomes. Any examples of results described on the website or in Platform materials are illustrative and not representative of typical outcomes.

8.  Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including training materials, templates, videos, written content, and software tools, is the proprietary intellectual property of Jon Lanford Films and is protected by copyright and applicable law. Your purchase grants you a personal use license only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission.

9.  User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share your account login credentials with any third party.

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.

  • Attempt to access, copy, or reverse-engineer any portion of the Platform's underlying software or systems.

  • Represent yourself as affiliated with or endorsed by Jon Lanford Films without written authorization.

  • Use Platform materials to train, develop, or build any competing product or service.

10.  Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Jon Lanford Films does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jon Lanford Films' total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your Platform access in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11.  Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Louisiana under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action proceeding.

12.  Changes to These Terms

Jon Lanford Films reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered members.
